	Clients Contract Management
	The contracts module can be used by sales managers to create and manage contracts entered in with the clients. Multiple contracts and projects can be live for a client at any given time. Companies can maintain records of all contracts and can search and view details/history of the same. The contract module includes a summarization of all invoices, projects and timesheets for individual contracts.



	The contract management module includes: A file manager through which relevant contract documents can be uploaded and attached to the contract. A project details module through which details of the project such as start date, status etc, to be undertaken, can be added to the contract. The Team Manager module enables project managers to assign employees from the employee database as project members and can assigned project specific roles to them The Project Manager can view project specific timesheets and can rate and comment on an employee’s performance within the project.
