Contracts module can be used to create contracts
entered into with clients. |

New Contract |

Follow the steps given below to create a add
contract to a client: |

Select the New Contract option from the Contracts
section
|
| |
|
 |
In the contract details form, select the client
name, from the drop down provided, with whom the
contact has been signed
|

 |
From the drop-down provided, select the contract
owner |
| |
|
 |
Enter the contract title,
code, contract date, amount |
| |
|
 |
Click the Create New Contract button; in the
contract details preview page, click the Create
Contract button to add the contract in the system. |

Edit Contract |

To edit a contract, select the appropriate
Manage option from the contract search listing.
Make relevant changes and click the Update Contract
button to save the changes to the contract. |

Documents, invoices and projects can be added
to a contract. |

Documents |
 |
Use the File Manager to browse and select contract
documents, enter the title and brief description
for the documents. Click the Upload Now button
to attach the documents to the contract. |

Projects details can be attached to the contract.
