Add/Edit HR Details |

Follow the steps given below, to add/edit an
employee's HR details: |

| |
From the Users section, search for the desired
user profile.
|
| |
|

In the Core HR Info form make relevant changes
and click the Update User (HR) Details button.
The HR Info form includes details such as date
of joining, employee code, department, etc. Only
authorized personnel such as HR managers can make
modifications to the HR section of an employee's
profile.

Make relevant changes and click the Update User
(HR) Details button, to save the changes.

Add Salary/Promotion Upgrades |

Follow the steps given below, to add/edit an
employee's salary details: |

|
 |
From the Users section, search for
the desired user profile |
 |
On the employee's profile page, click the Upgrades
link. |
 |
In the Promotion/Salary upgrade form enter
details such as promotion title, date of upgrade,
new cost to company and designation.

Click the Create Upgrade button to add the details
to the employee's Salary/Promotion History section.
|
 |
In the Salary/Promotion History section, click
the Files link to access the File Manager. The
File Manager displays a list of salary documents
that have been attached to the employee's profile.
To attach new documents, click the Upload New
File link. In the Upload File form, browse and
select the file to be attached, enter a title
and description for the document. Click the Upload
Now button.
