| A database of employees’ details can be created and maintained within the application. Administrators can create profiles for employees and grant them access to specific sections within the application. |

Based on the permissions granted, authorized personnel can:
- View and manage client and contract details
- Generate invoices
- View and manage project details
- Access the control panel
- Generate and view reports
- Access project/non-project timesheets
- Create employee profiles
- View and enter employee salary and promotion details.

The user module enables employees to:
- View and edit their personal profiles that include details such as Name, Date of Birth, Date of Joining, Contact details etc.
- Upload and attach images to their profiles
- Upload and attach their resume to the profile
- Enter details of their skill sets
- View details of projects
assigned to them
- View and input their timesheets
- View their promotion and salary history
- Search and browse through details of other employees within the organization.
- Search and browse through news articles post comments on the same.

The user module includes options for managers to:
- Enter personal comments on an employee's performance and make the comments private or public. Private comments can only be viewed by the manager and will not be visible to the concerned employee.
- The personal comments entered by managers helps to keep a record of specific instances of good and bad performances by an employee. This record can be used as a reference during performance appraisals.
- HR Managers can enter and record salary and promotion details, such as promotion title, date, cost to company etc, for individual employees.
