Employee Profile Management

Employees can login to the application by providing the username and password created for them by the Administrator. From the Users section, select the My Home Page option to view the user profile. The profile includes options for employees to edit the profile, view/input timesheets, view projects assigned to them, attach a resume to their profile, view/edit information about their skill sets, salary/promotion upgrades etc.
 
 
  Edit Profile
  Follow the steps given below to view and edit personal profiles:

From the Options panel, click the Edit Profile link to show the Edit User Details panel. The panel displays the basic profile form pre-populated with the details and includes options to Edit Password and Edit HR Details. The basic user details include: Name, date of birth, email, telephone number etc. Make relevant changes and click the Update User Details button, to save the changes to the basic user profile. Click Done to hide the Edit User Details panel.

arrow To change the password, click the Edit Password option from the Options panel. In the form provided, enter the original password and the new password. Click on the Update Password button to save the new password.
 

 

 

Additionally, users have the options to:

See Address

    To view the current and permanent address, click the See Address link from the profile page.

  arrow See Projects
    Employees can view the details of the projects assigned to them. Click the See Projects link from the profile page to view a list of projects assigned to the employee. Click the All Project link to the history of projects assigned that have been assigned to the employee. Click the Active Projects link to view a listing of all projects, assigned to the employee, that are currently active. Click the DeActive Projects link to view a listing of all projects, assigned to the employee, that are not currently active.
    To view details of a desired project, click the relevant Project Details link. To generate project timesheet reports, click the Project Report link. Only authorized personnel can generate the report.
    To input timesheets for specific projects, select the relevant Input Timesheet link.

    To view the timesheet for the current date, select the See Timesheet link
     
  arrow Input Timesheets
    Click the Input Timesheets link to access the Timesheet entry module.
     
    Authorized personnel can view and update an employee's permissions. To view/edit permissions:
     
    From the employee's profile page, click the Permissions link, to view the list of permissions that have been set for the employee. Make relevant changes and click the Update System User button.
